Jonathan’s vast experience in the soft and hard-goods industry has touched everything from production, operations, marketing and merchandising.
Responsible for the vision and drive behind ToyMonsters success Jonathan is supported by fully integrated infrastructure, including a team of experts in product development, manufacturing, sales, marketing, logistics, finance and quality assurance.
Jonathan drives the strategic direction and company expansion priding himself on instilling family values within the workplace, building a strong team culture.

With a career spanning 36 years, Nir Pizmony is a global pioneer in the development, manufacturing and distribution of children’s products.
In addition to the many valuable business relationships with major companies and buyers worldwide, Nir has the experience, foresight and determination to identify great ideas turning them into reality!
As the managing director and owner of JNH Australia, initially specialising in toys and games, Nir built JNH into one of the largest consumer product companies in Australia. By 2002, the company had reached sales of $104 million per annum.
Nir prides himself on being a family oriented man. He is married with three children and lives in Melbourne, Australia.
